After graduating from high school, he continued his education and obtained his B.S.in Exercise Science. Subsequently, without sports and the workload of college, Paris found himself with more free time and began tapping into music again.
“I wanted to find a hobby to do after work, so I purchased a mic and started researching on YouTube how to record yourself,” he shared.
Despite his dedication and willingness to learn, Paris still wasn’t entirely invested because “It was just for fun.” Though after sharing his music with friends, they encouraged him to begin taking music seriously. Furthermore, with validation, in 2018, Paris Price pushed started his musical career.
Along his path, he has found great success and has since released several singles and projects ‘Perception’ & 'Mere Mortal'. Each artist offers a level of versatility in their respective lanes. Paris describes his music style as having the ability to adapt to different styles but remain true to his sound.
In light of the DMV music scene, Paris shares his experiences while visiting cities such as Atlanta. He observed that there is a sense of unity among artists in ATL versus his hometown. Artists from the DMV tend to reach a level of success and move to either LA, NY, or ATL in hopes to further their career. Paris Price stresses the importance of bringing people up from your city with you and staying united.

Aside from music, Paris enjoys watching sports and rooting for his favorite teams, The Pittsburgh Steelers and The Los Angeles Lakers. Like his father, Paris is also in the military under the U. S Coast Guard working in the medical field. He stated, “It has a lot of ups and downs, I like what I do, but it gets hectic. It’s like customer service but with patience.”
Two years from now, Paris sees himself receiving a record deal and getting signed, or on an equivalent level as an independent artist. He also plans on releasing his debut album and is currently working on a project!
